Hainan Province social insurance and fund insurance Phase II project
Project requirement
Hainan Province urban employee social insurance information system is a core system of Hainan Provincial Government for health care, social insurance, pension, work-related injury, maternity insurance and other businesses. Along with the increasing growth of data quantity and business demand, the original system cannot meet the current demand, so the system needs to be modified and upgraded according to the needs of Hainan Provincial Human Resource & Social Security Information Center. Department of Human Resources and Social Security also intends to achieve the overall concentration of the province's social insurance data by virtue of the system upgrading for facilitating the unified maintenance and management.
Solution
For meeting the requirements of high concurrency, high availability, continuous and stable operation, the production environment adopts automatically-switched Dameng data guardian technology for solving the problem of long-time interruption with database service caused by hardware fault and natural disaster etc. and ensuring the users to be accessible to uninterrupted database service.
In aspect of performance, the slave nodes of data guardian can share the pressure of data guardian master nodes. The businesses of report query and statistical analysis are implemented on slave nodes so as to share the pressure of the master nodes in a sound way without conflict of CPU and I/O.
In aspect of reliability, three-level backup strategy is adopted.
1. On the level of server, raid10 storage strategy is adopted for ensuring the data security;
2. On the level of database, data guardian technology is adopted for meeting the users' needs for the data's reliability and security;
3. Regular backup + filing strategy is adopted. Even if a fault has occurred with both master nodes and slave nodes, the data can be resumed to the state before fault through restoration so as to ensure the data to be free of loss;
In aspect of security, the architecture adopts internal and external network structure. The internal network is mainly responsible for data communication and data transmission of master nodes and slave nodes while the external network is in charge of interaction with applications in a bid to avoid the interference of external environment.
Outcome of project
The whole project adopts localized software scheme, in which the database scheme makes use of data guardian high-availability scheme and DMHS data real-time synchronizing technology. Presently, Hainan Provincial Urban Employee Social Insurance Information system is the only home-made database online operating system in the domestic social insurance sector. At present, the system provides service for 2 million persons, with the maximum number of sessions for database at peak hours up to 1,000. It has operated for more than 2 years without interruption, with daily DMHS synchronized data volume up to 1 million. The data promotion work will be performed throughout the province subsequently.
