1. Carry out the construction of geological environment management information system in accordance with the actual geological environment conditions of Sichuan Province, create an application software system with focus on geological disaster and achieve a geological environment service system of vertical penetration, resource sharing and collaborative service on such four nodes as state, province, municipality and county.

2. Build a geological environment data system of Sichuan Province and provide a data support for Sichuan Provincial geological disaster business management work;

3. Make use of system integration technology, achieve the overall integration of geological environment management information system and lay a solid foundation for the subsequent work of Sichuan Province information-based geological environment

 

Solution

Dameng adopts ETL, metadata, massive storage and management technologies to build geological environment data center, conduct data processing, data storage and other database building work and form a data system. Under the principle of unified standard and resource sharing, technical means such as technology integration, data integration, application integration and document integration etc. are adopted to realize the overall integration of Sichuan Province geological environment management information system.

 

Outcome of project

1. In April 2015, Phase I of Sichuan Province Geological Environment Management Information System was officially put online. Phase II was put online for stable operation after one year. Through stable operation of two years, the system has been fully applied and practiced. By the end of March 2007, the system's registered users have reached nearly 10,000, with the system's operation log record of more than 400,000 items. The daily active users of technical support QQ group have hit 600, with early-warning messages sent up to 2.72 million.

2. Carry out the integration of Sichuan Province geological environment management information system and lay a sound foundation for geological environment service system of interconnection, resource sharing and collaborative service on such four nodes as state, province, municipality and county.

3. Realize geological disaster real-time early warning based on actual rainfall and geological disaster risk early warning based on forecast rainfall and safeguard the security of the people's lives and properties.
